Impressive building... from the outside. Very disappointing once inside. Place is full of odds and ends, no complete sets of anything, everything layered with dust. On entry, nobody greeted ( they were all at the door), had to pry someone away to get up and help with a request. She was completely not interested in budging or providing info. Their loss, we run a business and need quantites of bespoke stuff for the next season. For sure it won't be here.

You can find any type of plate, cup, glass, various ceramics. an endless place at very competitive prices. the quality is undisputed. the staff do not follow you and let you search without putting pressure. I recommend the purchase of medium quantities in order to take advantage of the discounts

When you enter this building, you're not sure if you're in factory or in a museum. 😁 But here you can freely explore the beauty of Vietri's ceramics. It has 2 floors, we were inside for about 45 minutes. The prices are high, even higher than in the souvenir shops on the streets. But definitely, it's worth the visit even if you don't buy anything.

Shabby and overlooked shop with layers of dust everywhere. Staff quite indifferent. Overpriced faulted material. Also pity to see such a beautiful piece of architecture so mismanaged and left in such neglect.

What looks promising from the outside is a bit disappointing from the inside. The staff does not seem interested in selling. I just bought a 2nd choice product for 5 Euro. I am happy with what I bought.

Giovanna is totally useless and rude. She won't pick up the phone or take responsibility for her actions. I placed an order a year ago and have been emailing and calling every week. She is ignoring me or pretends she doesn't know what is it about. NEVER PLACE ORDERS THERE
